Co-curricular

Balance is extremely important in the life of senior student if overall wellbeing is to be maintained and strengthened. Studying for the HSC places significant demands on students and co-curricular activities can be a valuable distraction.  Co-curricular achievements encourage a sense of belonging and a student’s ‘connection’ to their school community, which research indicates can strengthen resilience. They may also contribute to lifelong skill building in terms of teamwork, leadership skills etc.

Sport/Activities on Tuesday afternoons:

Representative Sports

Representative sport is played against other schools in the Macarthur Independent Schools Association (MISA). In addition to the above, All Saints Catholic Senior College is involved in a number of external sporting competitions. These include State-Wide Competitions and Regional Inter-School Competitions in conjunction with the NSW Combined Catholic College Association (NSWCCC). The number of sports in which we enter representative teams gives students a wide selection of sports in which to participate competitively. The College participates in Regional Inter-School Sports Carnivals as part of the Southern Sydney Combined Catholic Colleges Sports Association (SSCCC).
The College may also send students to other sports as individual entries. This maximises the sporting opportunity for all students at All Saints Catholic Senior College. Students involved in any of the Inter-School Competitions will be expected to prepare, by way of training, as organised by the teacher in charge of that sport. Individual Sport entries include: Golf, Tennis, Netball, Basketball & Baseball.
